What to do when Internal Test fails?

When I run the Internal Test for my DSLogic with the 0.4 software, I get the message:
Data Error
the receive data are not consist with pre-defined test data

Here's what my screen of data looks like:
Waveforms displayed after internal test performed in DSLogic program.
DSLogic_internal_test.PNG (65.13 KiB) Viewed 1328 times

Is there documentation on what the proper internal test waveforms should look like or a debugging procedure to figure out whether the problem is hardware, software, or driver?

Hi Co_buckfast,

Internal test is only available at 100MHz sample rate.
So it's not the issue when failed at other sample rate.
Please use our new software DSView for DSLogic hardware:
