plugging in oscillocope disables usb?

Topics about DSLogic as an oscilloscope
My system sees the usb without problems until the oscilloscope is plugged in. Then it's as if I hadn't plugged in the cable at all. Anyone have any ideas?

Please help to check the voltage of the usb power. It seems the power driver is not strong enough for oscilloscope extension plugged in.
In a normal case, the current for DSLogic with oscilloscope extension should be 300-400mA, within the USB specification.

Hi Andy, with scope plugged in, (and the usb not being detected) the power drain is 4.59V at .22A
Without the scope plugged in (and usb is being detected) power drain is 4.92V at 0.06A

Plugging in my phone it drans at 4.76V 0.14A and I know this phone draws a lot when charging.

I'm plugging into a USB3 port which should be able to handle this without problems. The LED on the dslogic comes on in all cases.

Any suggestions?

We want to know this happens on all of usb ports or certain usb port?
If all the usb ports have the same result. We can resend you a new oscilloscope extension for test.
